Responsibilities:

1. Supervising all on-site construction activities and managing field personnel related to the construction project.
2. Coordinating with project managers, engineers, architects, and other construction and building specialists.
3. Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
4. Enforcing safety and health regulations to create a risk-free environment.
5. Resolving any issues, problems, or delays that occur on the construction site.
6. Conducting regular inspections to ensure that the work is being carried out according to the project specifications.
7. Creating and updating project reports and communicating project status to stakeholders.
8. Training and mentoring staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3+ years working for a general contractor
2. Proven experience in managing construction crews and coordinating with various construction and building specialists.
3. Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and OSHA safety protocols.
4. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
5. The ability to solve problems and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficiency in construction management software.
