Superintendent

Our client, a water infrastructure industry leader in the Southwest for over 40 years, is seeking a Construction Superintendent to add value to their growing team. This successful candidate will be an integral part of our team and will need 8+ years experience in a self perform heavy civil structures and/or treatment plant environment. The Superintendent will be responsible for scheduling project work activities in the field according to plan timelines to ensure timely project completion.

• Base Salary from $100-125K/yr. DOE

Required Experience/Skills/Qualifications:

**Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Superintendent on heavy civil structures, mechanical and/or water infrastructure projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage job site safety and establish site safety expectations
Create 6-week look-ahead schedules and monitor overall project schedule
Coordinate with project management
Review job cost and manage labor productivity
Complete daily and periodic report updates
Oversee quality control
Manage subcontractors and other crews
Train craft workers
