Your Mission:
As a Superintendent, you'll be at the forefront of our projects, driving success through a range of impactful responsibilities:
Trade Coordination: Direct and coordinate trade contractors and subcontractors to ensure they produce high-quality work safely, on schedule, and within project parameters.
Onsite Leadership: Serve as the onsite representative of our brand, maintaining our commitment to excellence in all aspects of construction.
Contract Mastery: Maintain a thorough understanding of contract documents, allowing you to coordinate trades, anticipate issues, and keep projects on track.
Team Supervision: Lead and supervise all field personnel, guiding them toward project completion that aligns with safety, budget, and quality goals.
Documentation Mastery: Keep meticulous records, including meeting minutes, RFIs, as-builts, Toolbox Talks, and Daily Reports. You'll also handle safety reporting, incident reports, and more.
Communication Excellence: Communicate clearly and effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Your communication skills will be instrumental in maintaining a positive work atmosphere.
Technical Prowess: Your technical knowledge of the industry will set you apart, enabling you to address challenges and conflicts effectively.
Planning Expertise: Prepare work schedules, determine resource requirements, manage materials, and oversee final punch lists.
Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, representing our company positively and professionally.
Problem-Solving: Anticipate and overcome conflicts and challenges, adapting to evolving project needs.
What You Bring:
Education & Experience: You hold a high school diploma or GED, with a preference for a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management. You bring a minimum of 10 years of experience in Superintendent, SSHO, Quality Control, or construction management roles.
Certifications: You are Procore Certified as a Superintendent (or can acquire certification within 30 days of hire). You also hold OSHA 30 certifications and have completed the ARC First Responder Course. A USACE Certified Quality Manager certification is required.
Physical Stamina: You're physically fit, capable of handling the demands of construction site inspections, including walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with industry-standard software like Procore, MS Office, Excel, Word, MS Project, and Outlook is essential. RMS experience is a plus.
Client-Centric: You provide exceptional customer service, building relationships and advocating for our company.
Team Player: Collaboration is second nature to you, and you maintain positive, creative, and productive relationships with colleagues and external partners.
Communication Guru: You excel in both written and verbal communication, using professionalism and diplomacy in all interactions.
