Job Details
- Position: Superintendent (Healthcare / Industrial / Corporate / Government / Commercial)
- Responsibilities: Manage and oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and safety protocols.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, site personnel, and vendors to maintain quality standards and resolve project issues.
- Conduct regular site inspections, maintain project documentation, implement safety guidelines, and serve as the primary liaison between field crews, project managers, and clients.
- Required: Experience leading commercial construction projects, excellent organizational and communication skills, and strong knowledge of building processes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
- Preferred: Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
