Superintendent

We are currently seeking a seasoned Permanent Superintendent to join our dynamic team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial construction projects from inception to completion. The Permanent Superintendent will be the primary point of contact on-site, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
• Meet contractual conditions of performance.
• Review the work progress on a daily basis.

Qualifications:

• Proven working experience in construction management, specifically as a General Contractor.
• Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
• Understanding of all facets of the construction process.
• Familiarity with construction management software packages.
