Job Details

As a Superintendent, you will be the on-site leader responsible for managing field operations on large-scale commercial construction projects. You’ll coordinate subcontractors, enforce safety and quality standards, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget. This role requires a strong technical background in ground-up commercial construction, proven leadership skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and field teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily field operations, ensuring compliance with plans, specs, and safety standards

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff

Oversee scheduling, logistics, and site activities

Monitor project costs, productivity, and quality control

Serve as the primary on-site contact for owners, architects, and inspectors

Mentor and support field engineers and assistant superintendents
