Job Details:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Superintendent to join our team. This role is an integral part of our construction operations, responsible for overseeing all aspects of our commercial construction projects, from planning to completion. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities:
The Superintendent will be responsible for the following duties:

1. Collaborate with Project Managers throughout project lifecycle, including project planning, scheduling, implementation, monitoring, and closure.
2. Developing and implementing project work plans and reviewing as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
3. Managing day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
4. Ensuring project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
5. Tracking and reporting hours, expenses, and project progress on a weekly basis.
6. Managing project budget and updating schedules.
7. Implementing and enforcing safety protocols, ensuring all safety procedures are followed strictly by the construction team.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3+ years of experience with commercial construction projects, ideally $20M+.
2. A strong understanding of construction methods, technology, and regulations.
3. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
5. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Proficient in using construction management software and tools.
7. A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
8. Relevant certifications in Construction Management, Safety Management or related field will be an added advantage.
