The ideal candidate for the Permanent Superintendent role will have the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry.

3. Proven experience in managing and coordinating the work of subcontractors.
4. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
