Job Details

What You’ll Do

Lead the field effort to deliver projects on-time and on-budget
Create a safe and secure jobsite by ensuring strict adherence to safety requirements
Coordinate daily activities with subs, clients, inspectors, and the project management team to keep schedules moving
Proactively review work for quality, addressing issues before they escalate
Partner with the PM team on budget reviews and mitigate cost overruns
Keep all documentation current — daily reports, time cards, photos, 4-week schedules, and as-builts
Manage change order work and ensure all parties are aligned
Schedule and oversee required inspections, ensuring compliance with governing bodies and QA processes
Build and maintain strong client relationships, representing the team with professionalism and pride
Share lessons learned to continuously improve future projects

What You Bring

5+ years of superintendent or field leadership experience with a general contractor in commercial construction
OSHA 30 certification required
Experience in scheduling and coordinating subcontractors
Procore proficiency is a plus
Background in Lean Construction and Pull Planning strongly preferred
Healthcare construction experience is a plus
Valid driver’s license and insurance
