Job Details
Role & Responsibility
As an ideal candidate for the role of Construction Superintendent, you will be experienced in “hands-on,” ground-up residential construction. Experience in managing projects ranging from $500K to $5M single family homes is a must. As a superintendent, you are able to see the “big picture” and keep the project moving forward smoothly yet you also value attention to detail. You are ready and able to assist the Project Manager in delegating the tasks of planning, organizing, managing, leading, and safety. Your time management, leadership, and organization skills are key to you successfully managing multiple projects at the same time. Clear communication is your number one tool as it ensures the successful completion of the project.
