Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Lead and oversee ground-up restaurant construction projects, including fast-track, freestanding, tenant improvement, and rebuild initiatives.
- Direct daily field operations, collaborate with trade contractors, enforce safety standards, and maintain high-quality workmanship.
- Coordinate with project management to develop and maintain schedules, track deliverables, and ensure project milestones are met.
- Manage on-site logistics, pre-construction planning, site planning, and staging to drive efficiency.
- Maintain strict budget control, monitor cost forecasts, and report progress to stakeholders.
- Interface with subcontractors, quality inspectors, inspectors, and client representatives to maintain project alignment and standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections, enforce compliance with building codes, design specifications, and quality benchmarks.
- Lead regular safety inspections and toolbox talks, creating a safe, compliant, and productive construction site.
- Facilitate smooth transition from construction to operations by coordinating with commissioning, punch list completion, and owner walkthroughs.
Qualifications:
- On-site superintendent experience in ground-up construction, preferably in quick-service restaurants and gas stations.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, scheduling, quality control, and safety protocols.
- Demonstrated leadership with the ability to manage multi-trade teams efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and clients.
- Proficient in using construction scheduling tools and documentation systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining detailed execution.
