Job Details

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, with a focus on "Commercial Ground Up" projects.
2. Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and direct on-site personnel.
3. Proven track record of successfully completing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
4. Strong understanding of construction procedures, materials and project management principles.
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a hands-on attitude.
6. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to a variety of stakeholders.
7. Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office.
8. A degree in construction management, engineering, or related field is preferred.
