We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Superintendent to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in commercial and tenant improvement projects. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Work closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates
• Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
• Monitor and enforce safety regulations and procedures on job sites
• Provide regular updates to project stakeholders on project progress, issues, and risks
• Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner
• Ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in commercial new build and tenant improvement construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other technical documents
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
