Job Details

· Serve as the primary quality point of contact for assigned suppliers.

· Plan, conduct, and document supplier audits, assessments, and surveillance activities

· Initiate, review, and approve supplier corrective actions, including root cause analysis and effectiveness verification

· Drive resolution of supplier quality issues, including nonconformances, escapes, and delivery-related concerns.

· Support supplier qualification, onboarding, and periodic performance evaluation.

· Monitor supplier quality metrics and lead improvement initiatives based on performance trends.

· Review and present non-conformance reports (NCR) to the Corrective Action Board.

· Support QA Director with maintenance and implementation of the overall Quality System.
