As a Permanent Supply Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our organization's financial planning and operational efficiency. Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Conducting detailed financial analysis to support strategic decisions and initiatives.
2. Developing and maintaining financial models and reports to forecast future supply needs.
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline production planning and demand planning processes.
4. Managing inventory levels to optimize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
5. Identifying and implementing strategies to improve operational performance and reduce costs.
6. Providing insightful recommendations based on financial analysis to senior management.
7. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. A Master's Degree or relevant certification is a plus.
2. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in financial planning, financial reporting, production planning, demand planning, operations management, and inventory.
3. Consumer Packaged Goods experience required
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide recommendations.
5. Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting.
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and financial management software.
9. Knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
10. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
