Job Details:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Planner to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. As a Supply Chain Planner, you will be playing a crucial role in managing and optimizing the production and distribution of our medical devices. This is a permanent position that provides a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality respiratory devices to healthcare providers worldwide.

Responsibilities:

As a Supply Chain Planner, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

1. Developing and implementing supply chain strategies that increase efficiency and productivity.

2. Working closely with the production department to create a seamless flow of production planning.

3. Managing and coordinating with suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and customers.

4. Maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring that demand and supply are balanced.

5. Utilizing ERP/MRP systems for planning and inventory control.

6. Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and maintaining the highest standards for all medical device components.

7. Participating in the development and implementation of APICS best practices.

8. Analyzing potential risks and impacts in the supply chain and developing strategies to mitigate them.

9. Collaborating with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes.

10. Evaluating the performance of the supply chain and proposing improvements.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Supply Chain Planner position should have the following qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.

2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain planning and production planning in the manufacturing industry.

3. Experience in the medical device manufacturing industry, particularly with respiratory devices, is highly preferred.

4. Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems.

5. APICS certification or equivalent is a plus.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

9. Knowledge of supply chain processes and regulations in the medical device industry.

10. High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
