Job Details
Immediate opening for a HVAC Controls Support Specialist to join a manufacturer of air flow measurement and control products. This role is responsible for providing post-sales customer service and technical support to end-users, sales representatives, and field technicians working with our air flow products.
Ideal candidate would have a background with Building Automation / HVAC Controls
In-Office position with occasional travel to jobsites to help system start-ups and troubleshooting

Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Provide phone-based troubleshooting and guidance to customers, ensuring quick and accurate diagnosis and resolution of field problems.
- Manage RMA Process: Oversee the entire RMA process, from authorization to closure, including evaluation, warranty determination, pricing, and reporting on RMA activity and trends.
- Customer Training: Conduct product training for customers under the direction of the Training Coordinator.
- Manage Database: Maintain and update the database with field reports and engineering updates, coordinating with regional operations.
- Field Service and Operations Support: Travel to customer sites for system startups, troubleshooting, and related support as needed.
- Manufacturing and Engineering Support: Assist the manufacturing and engineering departments as required.
Requirements:
- A 2-year technical degree is desired and 3+ years of related experience will be considered
- Strong computer skills required
- Knowledge of the HVAC building automation industry is a plus
