Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment.
Assist surgeons during eye surgeries by passing instruments and supplies.
Ensure the surgical area is sterile and maintain aseptic techniques.
Monitor patients' vital signs and provide support during procedures.
Maintain accurate records of surgical procedures and patient information.
Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
Provide post-operative care and instructions to patients.

Qualifications:

Certified Surgical Technician (CST) or equivalent certification.
Previous experience in ophthalmic surgery is preferred.
Strong knowledge of surgical instruments and aseptic techniques.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
