Job Details

💼 The Role:
You’ll support surveyors, engineers, and construction leads to turn raw field data into polished, high-accuracy drawings that make projects move. You’ll handle everything from boundary surveys to as-built plans, while collaborating directly with the team and clients.

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing:

Input, edit, and finalize drawings in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Process field data and interpret deeds, plats, and survey inputs.
Draft technical drawings for boundaries, topography, hydrography, and more.
Update plans as projects evolve and maintain detailed documentation.
Create final deliverables like point clouds and as-builts.
Help establish and follow CAD standards to streamline your workflow.
Travel locally or regionally to job sites or meetings when needed.

🧠 What You Bring:

2-5+ years’ experience in land survey drafting or CAD work.
AutoCAD (2007 or later) proficiency.
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, drafting platforms).
Detail-oriented mindset and clear communication skills.
CST Certification or an Associate’s degree in Drafting & Design is a plus.
