Job Details
Responsibilities -
Provide professional land surveying services for a variety of public and private projects.
Serve as a technical expert and resource for field crews and project managers.
Lead and mentor a team of surveyors, fostering professional development and high performance.
Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
Maintain and develop client relationships through clear communication and reliable service.
Qualifications -
Active Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in Illinois and/or Wisconsin.
Demonstrated experience in land surveying, with leadership experience preferred for Director-level roles.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Excellent communication and team-building skills.
Commitment to high standards of accuracy, safety, and client service.
