This role will carry a high level of autonomy, managing senior producers and focusing the group on quarterly and yearly goals, running a profitable staffing division (P&L) and building high level client relationships.

Job Details

Work with the CEO and COO to establish the business’s goals and strategies for growth
Manage, develop, and implement recruitment efforts, business strategies, and processes to ensure quality of client servicing is of the highest possible standard.
Achieve all personal and team financial goals and quotas, delivering as a minimum on target revenue and profit per quarter and growth year over year.
Set comprehensive goals for process implementation, growth of the client relationships, and success of placement goals.
Enhance the operation KPIs and drive efficiency improvements
Continuously develop new business and maintain current business through strategic account development, networking, and expanding client relationships.
Manage multiple priorities and meet client deadlines, building on strong organization, planning, and execution skillsets.
Oversee the coordination and collaboration of the executive search staff, including senior recruiters, BD and research staff. Grow team by attracting first-rate recruitment talent to ensure lasting and successful placements.
Create a results-oriented culture to ensure optimized performance and balanced workloads, ensuring all team members are fully productive working against clear goals, monitored on a quarterly basis.
Create a vibrant, competitive, and supportive culture within the team where all team members focus on achieving success for their accounts and building/fostering lasting client relationships.
Train and develop new staff to effectively advise candidates and clients, present opportunity features, overcome objections, and provide consultation and recommendations to clients.

Qualifications
10+ years of experience in executive recruitment
3+ years of recruitment experience in medical or healthcare sectors
Previous leadership experience in production and operations within executive staffing
Proven track record in recruiting healthcare executives and physicians and success in business operations
Knowledge of market status, industry trends, and best practices
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Ability to effectively communicate with direct reports, management, clients, and internal departments
Strong record to target achievement (sales, revenue, quotas, margins, etc.)
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated experience in resolving issues, brainstorming, and problem-solving
