Job Details
This is the senior operations leader for the entire platform — the operational expert who goes into our divisions, determines what's really happening, gets to root cause, and works directly with local leaders to resolve issues and raise performance. You'll spend your first months getting deep into the business and identifying where we can be even better, then drive the changes that get us there.

- Serve as the go-to operations leader across all divisions, partnering with division and operating-company leaders
- Diagnose operational challenges, identify root causes, and lead practical, lasting fixes
- Prioritize the divisions and locations with the greatest opportunity for improvement
- Standardize and strengthen operating processes across a multi-site footprint
- Bring structure and operational discipline to recently acquired businesses
- Operate strategically while staying hands-on and close to the field
What You'll Bring
- Extensive multi-site operations leadership in HVAC, mechanical, MEP, or skilled-trades/field-services businesses
- A proven record of diagnosing underperforming operations and turning them around
- Experience integrating and standardizing acquired or multi-location businesses
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving, private equity-backed, high-growth environment
- Strong cross-functional leadership and the ability to influence operators without direct authority
- Willingness to travel ~50%; must reside in the Midwest
