Job Details

Basic Overview:
  • Minimum of three years' experience working in telecommunications and/or data networking environments.
  • Some experience with Linux and Windows operating systems as it relates to network engineering.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of VOIP, SIP, voice gateways, LAN and WAN technologies.

Basic Qualifications:
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must understand data networking, i.e. subnets, VLAN's, routing and switching. In addition, they should have working knowledge of IPPBX installation and service. Knowledge of the Mitel MiVoice Business and associated applications is highly beneficial.

  • This is an in office setting with travel to customer locations as required.
