Join our dynamic team as a Systems Administrator and embark on a fascinating journey where your technical prowess in system administration will be put to the test. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with a deep understanding of Azure, VMware, Windows Server Administration, Virtualization, Network Troubleshooting, Terraform, SolarWinds, Azure Cloud, and AWS Cloud. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on complex and challenging projects, while also developing and implementing innovative solutions for our clients.

- Provide expert advice on the design, implementation, and maintenance of our clients' system infrastructures.
- Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure, including Azure and AWS Cloud.
- Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
- Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes.
- Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
- Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks.
- Participate in the design of information and operational support systems.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support.
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a systems administration role.
- Proven experience with Azure, VMware, Windows Server Administration, Virtualization, Network Troubleshooting, Terraform, SolarWinds, Azure Cloud, and AWS Cloud.
- Solid experience in the administration and performance tuning of application stacks.
- Experience with virtualization and containerization.
- Experience with monitoring systems.
- Solid scripting skills.
- Solid networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment.
- Strong customer service orientation.
