In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation of our ERP systems, particularly Netsuite, and other software solutions across the organization. You will be at the forefront of driving change management initiatives, ensuring successful adoption and utilization of new systems by end users. This role requires a strong understanding of both technical and business operations, with a focus on improving efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead the implementation and rollout of ERP systems, specifically Netsuite, across the organization, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives.
2. Manage the integration of other software solutions, including Jira and Confluence, into the company's operational processes.
3. Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy to ensure successful adoption of new systems by end users.
4. Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify system requirements, potential improvements, and customization needs.
5. Oversee the creation and maintenance of system documentation, including user manuals, system specifications, and training materials.
6. Monitor system performance, identifying and resolving any issues to ensure optimal functionality and user satisfaction.
7. Provide ongoing training and support to end users, promoting effective utilization of systems.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, making recommendations for system upgrades or enhancements as needed.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems implementation and management, specifically within the manufacturing industry.
3. Proven experience with ERP rollout and Netsuite implementation.
4. Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence.
5. Strong understanding of change management principles and strategies.
6. Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
8. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve system issues quickly and effectively.
9. Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
10. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
