We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated TA Specialist to join our dynamic and fast-paced HR team. Our ideal candidate is a passionate professional with a strong background in Talent Acquisition, HRIS, and ATS systems. The successful applicant will have a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to help drive our business forward. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding and orientation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to leverage their skills and make a significant impact in a growing company.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract and retain top engineering talent.
2. Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
3. Utilize various job boards such as Indeed and Ziprecruiter to post job advertisements and source potential candidates.
4. Leverage the HRIS, and ATS systems for applicant tracking, reporting, and data analysis.
5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and competencies needed for open positions.
6. Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit.
7. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
8. Provide regular updates and feedback to hiring managers on candidate status and recruitment strategies.
9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruiting trends and best practices in the engineering industry.
10. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
2. Minimum of two years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
3. Proficient in using ADP, HRIS, and ATS systems.
4. Solid experience with online job boards such as Indeed and Ziprecruiter.
5. Proven track record of sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently.
8. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
9. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
10. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
