Job Details

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the corporate recruiting and onboarding function across a diverse portfolio of businesses. This role will oversee a team of recruitment and onboarding specialists, partnering closely with HR, hiring managers, and business leaders to implement and execute full-cycle talent acquisition strategies. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, a passion for process improvement, and the ability to attract and integrate top-tier talent across all levels of the organization.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruitment team to support hiring across multiple business units, shared services, and executive roles.
  • Design and implement effective sourcing strategies to support both high-volume and niche talent acquisition needs.
  • Personally manage a selection of strategic, confidential, or high-priority requisitions from end to end.
  • Oversee the onboarding function to ensure a seamless transition from offer acceptance through new hire integration, in close collaboration with HR and departmental leadership.
  • Track and analyze key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and quality of hire to drive continuous improvement.
  • Enhance recruiting operations by optimizing tools, processes, and workflows to elevate both candidate and hiring manager experiences.
  • Ensure all recruiting and onboarding activities remain compliant with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies.
  • Manage third-party recruitment vendors, including staffing firms, job boards, and technology partners.

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated success in managing full-cycle recruiting and leading teams in a complex, multi-entity environment.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (such as Dayforce or Workday) and recruiting analytics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is preferred.
  • Experience in financial services or professional services is a plus.
