Talent Acquisition Specialist - Provider Recruiter

The Talent Acquisition Specialist - Provider Recruiter with manage a high-volume provider desk. The Talent Acquisition Provider Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening and qualifying candidates, facilitate interviews with hiring managers, presenting offers and navigating the onboarding process.

** 20% Travel to local recruitment events throughout New York


Qualifications:
* Bachelors Degree Required
* Must have 3 or more years full life-cycle Healthcare recruiting experience
* Experience recruiting Providers such as Physicians, Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants, Certified Nurse Midwives, Dentist, Cardiologists, Optometrist, Podiatrist, etc.
* SHPR Certified and/or PHR Certified

*** This position requires local travel throughout the state of New York - Candidates must reside in New York and be able to travel to Suffolk County, Hudson Valley and/or New York City periodically as needed
