Reporting directly to the President, this role will help source, identify, screen, and hire candidates for various roles in the company.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills as well as exceptional interpersonal skills for working closely with Human Resources and other external and internal stakeholders.
They will provide administrative support to various areas including recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and reporting.
Additionally, they will gather and process qualitative and quantitative data around jobs, compensation, employment trends, and maintain databases with candidates’ information.
