Talent Acquisition Specialists to support our division in the hiring of skilled and talented individuals. Tasked with finding talented individuals for key roles supporting the most challenging and exciting projects across the nation.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Full cycle recruiting process for Professional and Field staff
- Work with business leaders to develop targeted recruiting strategies for all positions as assigned
- Screen resumes for appropriate experience, credentials, skills, and knowledge
- Conduct in-person and phone screen interviews to determine technical and cultural fit
- Build effective business partnerships with Workforce Development & HR
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build strong candidate pipelines
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Build internal and external industry relationships
- Source candidates and utilization of sourcing tools
- Work with candidates to complete onboarding process and ensure their ability to start
- Provide market intelligence and interview feedback to business leaders
- Develop full-cycle recruitment strategies
- Implement target recruitment process including military recruitment and campus recruitment events.
- Grow into a Talent acquisition Management role
- 2+ years working in construction, engineering, technical or craft recruiting preferred
- Ability to multi-task, collaborate with others, set priorities, and take initiative
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Experience with any ATS package
- Ability to effectively implement new processes
- Strong Networking and relationship-building Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience utilizing sourcing tools; LinkedIn, Indeed, job sites, Social Media etc. preferred
- Proficient with MSFT Office Applications
