Tax Accountant (Hybrid work)

Responsibilities:
Review individual and business income tax returns and train staff
Perform income, estate, gift, sales and payroll tax research
Prepare complex individual, business, and fiduciary income tax returns
Prepare tax projections and planning documents
Respond to governmental correspondence
Various projects as assigned to assist our clients in achieving their goals

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in accounting, masters in taxation, or law degree, CPA or CPA candidate
* 2+ years experience in public accounting (or similar environment) is preferred
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Experience with CCH Prosystem fx software applications a plus
* Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, and computer skills
* Ability to research and apply tax code to complex business situations
