Job Details

As a small, intimate firm, we prioritize efficiency, ethics, and building strong relationships with our clients. Our philosophy is to "work smarter, not harder," and we have a supportive work environment where we all pitch in to get the job done. Tax accounting can be challenging, but we strive to make it a more enjoyable and fulfilling experience. You won't be just another employee in a monotonous and soulless machine. Our team consists of three people, and we're now seeking a fourth member to complete our group. We understand the importance of balancing work with family and personal life, and we offer flexible hours when it's not tax season. During tax season, which usually runs from January to April and mid-August to mid-October, we keep food and beverages readily available and encourage taking breaks to recharge. Although liking golf and drinking beer is not a requirement, this is a great place to work if those activities interest you! With an ultimate goal of retirement in mind, we're searching for someone who aspires to eventually take over an existing book of business, but if that's not in your future plans, that's okay too!
