5-8 years of experience in Tax Preparation
CPA certified is ideal but not necessary if relevant experience
Tax preparation planning experience
Familiarity with financial statements & reporting & the differences in the two (not audit)
Private Accounting Firm Experience
Experience with CCH ProSystem (not required by a PLUS)
