Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file accurate and timely tax returns for our company, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Conduct thorough financial and tax analyses to identify potential tax savings and investment opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategic tax planning for all necessary federal and state taxes.
• Maintain and update the company's tax database to include all relevant tax laws and regulations.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors during audits and reviews.
• Provide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returns.
• Identify and mitigate tax risks.
• Coordinate accounting staff and manage tax provision and tax compliance process.
