The selected individual will be responsible for preparing and reviewing corporate tax returns, conducting tax research, and managing tax audits. 1. Prepare and review corporate tax returns in compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws.
2. Conduct thorough tax research to identify tax planning opportunities and ensure compliance with changing tax laws.
3. Manage tax audits and inquiries by governmental authorities.
4. Assist in the preparation and review of quarterly and annual tax provisions and financial reports.
5. Provide support to the finance team in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
6. Collaborate with other departments to provide tax advice on business decisions.
7. Keep up-to-date with current tax practices and changes in tax law.
8. Develop and implement strategic tax planning for all necessary federal and state taxes.
9. Assist in the development and implementation of tax-efficient structures.
10. Other duties as assigned.

Job Details
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Master’s degree in Taxation preferred.
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a tax accounting role.
4. Proficient in tax preparation and understanding of tax codes.
5. Experience with financial reporting and corporate tax.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
10. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
