We are seeking a highly organized Tax Administrator / Scheduler to support our busy tax practice. This individual will be responsible for coordinating tax workflow, managing deadlines, tracking return status, scheduling staff resources, and helping ensure the smooth operation of the tax department throughout the year.

Job Details

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of tax administration, tax scheduling, workflow coordination, or related experience within a CPA or public accounting firm
  • Experience managing tax return workflows, deadlines, extensions, and deliverables
  • Strong understanding of public accounting operations and busy season processes
  • Ability to coordinate staff schedules, assignments, and workflow priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and tax/workflow management software
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Professional, dependable, and team-oriented approach
