This position plays an integral role in the financial health and compliance of our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing tax returns, providing tax advisory services, and ensuring our organization meets all its tax obligations. This role requires a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations, excellent analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and review corporate tax returns ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax laws and regulations.
2. Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify tax liabilities and savings opportunities.
3. Provide tax advisory services to the management, offering strategic tax planning solutions and advice on tax implications of business decisions.
4. Coordinate and assist with tax audits, responding to inquiries from tax authorities in a timely and accurate manner.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current tax practices and changes in tax law.
6. Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and record keeping.
7. Conduct research on complex tax matters and provide recommendations to mitigate tax risks.

Qualifications:
