- Provide expert tax legal advice to clients on a wide range of tax matters, including corporate transactions, real estate, and international tax issues.

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in the state.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a tax attorney.
- In-depth knowledge of federal and state tax laws.
- Proven experience in legal research and writing.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically to solve complex tax law issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- High level of professional integrity and confidentiality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
