We are currently looking for experienced Counsel-level attorneys to join our tax practice group in our New York office. The ideal candidates will have significant experience in transactional tax matters, particularly with a focus on leveraged finance and capital markets transactions.

The desired qualifications include:

Extensive experience in transactional tax work, with a strong emphasis on finance and capital markets transactions
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A solid academic background
Admission to the New York State Bar
