We have partnered with a mid-sized CPA firm looking to hire a Tax Director with Trust & Estate experience to join their team. You'll work on fiduciary income tax returns and be involved in preparing business and individual returns as well. This role includes managing client relationships and guiding staff accountants on engagements, especially in fiduciary-related situations.

Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Expertise in gift, estate, and fiduciary tax issues, with strong research and documentation skills.
  • Preparation and review of fiduciary, gift, estate, individual, and business tax returns.
  • Fiduciary accounting for estates and trusts.
  • Tax planning and consulting for high-net-worth clients.

Minimum qualifications to be considered:
  • Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Active CPA certification
  • 8+ years of public accounting experience
  • In-depth expertise in Trust & Estate taxation
