Qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certifications like CPA, JD, or Master's in Tax.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of U.S. taxation, focusing particularly on partnership and corporate tax areas.
- Comprehensive understanding of the tax regulations and compliance governing U.S. investments and various fund types
- Familiarity with the preparation and handling of K1 forms and other related tax documentation.
