Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree in Taxation or CPA is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management, tax compliance, and tax planning.
• Proven work experience as a tax manager or tax accountant in a corporate setting.
• In-depth knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance, and all types of tax returns.
• Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems.
• Exceptional client service along with the ability to develop excellent client relationships.
• Strong leadership and personnel management skills.
• Analytical skills with detail orientation.
• Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of relevant software (e.g. TurboTax) and databases.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of tax software and MS Office.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to function well in a team-oriented environment.
