Tax Manager - HNWI

Based in the Twin Cities of Minnesota, we serve clients throughout the United States with a staff of bright professionals fully dedicated to our clients'​ financial well-being.

Job Duties:

• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of a client’s business and have a wholistic understanding of their financial situation
• Strong understanding of Individual & Business taxation with a focus on HNWI
• Work effectively across company teams to ensure tax strategies are aligned with the client’s financial objectives
• Prepare research memoranda, written correspondence/guidance and other documents for submission to the IRS and other taxing authorities
• Train/supervise staff and review/evaluate their work
• Manages multiple client relationships
• Handle federal, state and local tax audits

Qualifications:

• Active CPA and/or EA license
• Bachelors Degree or higher in Accounting or related Business field
• 5+ years of Public Accounting experience
• Strong accounting, analytical and research skills
• Tax Audit experience
• Experience working in RIA space or directly with financial advisors is a plus
• Strong communication skills to build positive work relationships with clients and colleagues
• A go-getter attitude & passion for helping clients achieve their goals
