Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and review individual, corporate, partnership, trust, and nonprofit tax returns
  • Provide proactive tax planning and consulting to clients across a variety of industries
  • Supervise and mentor tax staff and seniors, including training, development, and performance reviews
  • Research complex tax issues and provide well-supported recommendations and solutions
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations

Qualifications:

  • CPA license required
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (Master's in Taxation is a plus)
  • 5+ years of experience in public accounting with a focus on tax
  • Strong technical knowledge of tax laws and compliance standards
  • Experience using tax preparation and accounting software (e.g., CCH Axcess, UltraTax, ProSystem fx, or similar)
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
