Job Details

Duties:

  • Demonstrate advanced specialized tax expertise and non-profit/990 forms.
  • Review research findings, tax returns, and work papers, draw conclusions in line with firm policies and professional standards, and determine the implications and best course of action for clients.
  • Ensure that all tax advice is technically accurate and adequately documented.
  • Understand the firm's policies, procedures, and professional standards.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills.
  • Dedicate time to coaching and developing others through training, providing them with opportunities for growth and helping them succeed.

Required Experience:

Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) in Accounting (Master's in Taxation or MBA is a plus).
Must hold a CPA license.
Minimum of 5-7 years of work experience, with prior experience as a non-profit/990 returns being mandatory.
Strong technical skills in taxation.
