Job Details
Qualifications:
Candidates having 5+ years of experience at a certified public accounting firm and be a licensed CPA or an EA.
Expectations of this position:
* Specialize in preparing complex tax returns
* Specialize in reviewing individual and business tax returns and tax plans
* High attention to detail
* Strong aptitude for problem solving, technical work, analytics, and research
* Mentor staff and interns
* Supervise engagements to completion
* Goal-oriented and have a desire to learn
* Professional writing and verbal skills
* Must be able to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously
* Organized and self-starter
* Proven ability to give and receive both positive and constructive feedback
