Job Details
Responsibilities
1. Research complex tax issues using internal revenue code, treasury regulations, and other relevant authorities/guidance
2. Perform technical tax review of assigned tax returns of varying complexity in a variety of industries
3. Interact directly with clients handling questions, planning, consulting, strategizing, researching, etc.
4. Provide tax review, compliance and advisory services to individuals, partnerships, S corporations, and/or corporations in a variety of industrie
5. Deliver high quality tax planning and advisory services to existing tax clients
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree in Taxation (MST) is highly desirable.
2. CPA license or JD is required
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a tax manager role with a total of 5+ years in a public accountant role.
4. Proficient in the taxation of High Net-Worth (HNW) individuals, partnerships, limited liability companies, and/or other similar flow-through entities required
5. Experience with automobile dealerships or International business entities a plus.
6. Experience with CCH/Axcess accounting software required
7. Demonstrates excellence in Executive Presence, People Development, Leadership, and Professionalism
