We are seeking a talented and experienced Permanent Tax Manager/Senior Tax Manager to join our team in the Finance industry. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for multiple roles and industries, making your work both challenging and exciting. Responsibilities:
- Manage tax compliance for multiple clients across various industries
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities
- Prepare and review tax returns, including corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns
- Conduct tax research and stay up-to-date on changes to tax laws and regulations
- Communicate with clients and provide tax advice and guidance
- Manage and mentor tax staff members
- Assist with tax audits and respond to inquiries from tax authorities
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure tax compliance in all areas of the business
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in tax management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA certification required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax management
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Experience managing and mentoring staff members
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and tax software programs
