Tax Manager - Wealth Management

Founded in 2010, our services include tax planning, estate planning, retirement planning, investment management, and financial planning.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Tax Manager to join our dynamic team in the Finance industry. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the tax planning and compliance of our clients' wealth management portfolios. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to ensure that all tax-related matters are handled with precision and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement tax planning strategies for high net worth individuals and families
• Manage and oversee the preparation and review of tax returns, including individual, trust, partnership, and corporate tax returns
• Stay up to date on all tax laws and regulations and ensure compliance for all clients
• Advise clients on tax implications of various investment strategies and financial decisions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
• Monitor tax deadlines and ensure timely filing of all tax returns
• Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals

Qualifications:

• B.S. Degree in Accounting, CPA, JD, EA, or equivalent
• 10+ years of experience in tax planning and compliance
• Strong knowledge of financial services industry and investment products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to adapt to changing tax laws and regulations
