The Tax Manager position requires an energetic individual to have the following qualifications:

• At least eight (8) plus years of tax experience + experience in Management
• Tax experience including tax return preparation and review, planning, research and related experience
• Be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with on-going continuing professional education to maintain or Non-CPA with similar experience
• Ability to supervise other professional staff and have strong organizational skills
• Experience or knowledge with CCH platform of software including tax preparation, fixed assets, Engagement and Document
• Participate with the Firm’s tax committee
• Experience with audit related services a plus
• Participate in business groups and professional organizations
• A goal to become a future partner
• The individual should possess skills to be able to work independently and develop relationships with client personnel.
